In a time of industry challenges and corporate fatigue, a question emerged: What if we could leverage the resources of a major corporation to benefit our community? By focusing on simple acts of kindness driven by creativity and the talents of creative individuals, we set out to make a difference. This led to a grassroots effort where we brainstormed ideas, defined our mission, and connected with the right people to bring our vision to life.
Mission
First Act
Working with a NYCHA (New York City Housing Authority) property and their resident board to beautify a playground area by adding a mural that represents the community and fosters pride to a handball court or other surface. The project would involve a day of painting that encourages both TNT Sports and community member participation. Food, beverages, and games would be included.

Learning & What’s Next
We often hear that companies exist solely to make a profit—organisms in constant motion, chasing outcomes at all costs. But inside and beyond those walls are people searching for something more meaningful. Culture isn’t just a slogan; it’s a series of choices we make every day. It’s about seeing one another as more than titles, looking past divisions, and creating impact that reaches beyond
the material.
Maybe that’s the truest expression of a brand: rising above the obvious. Not asking a company to be something it’s not, but using its platform to build something better. Our next creative project is already underway and slated for this summer in Atlanta.
