Creative Services was tasked with branding and designing an experiential pop-up event in celebration of NBA All-Star 23. The event featured live music, branded experiences, and food. Working with fellow designers my role was focused on Motion, and bringing

to life core branded elements.

I was given a lot of creative freedom to visually experiment with 3D design and motion. To remodel the letter forms, I used the Utah 23 logo as a reference. My goal was to ensure that the topology was clean, as it was crucial for obtaining quality results when working with some of the C4D simulations. Along with simulations, I also used basic inverse kinematics and modeling techniques to create other design elements. To light and texture the design, I used Redshift.
